Toner is a commonly used hair product when coloring your hair, especially for blondes. It is a liquid often added to lightened or color-treated hair to soften color (such as a brassy or orangey blonde shade). Different than hair color which completely alters the pigment of your strands, toner adjusts a color favorably.
